Generous Donors for STEM

The St Benedict’s College Strategic and Education committees and Rev Bro Director have decided to emphasise Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) learning in the College curriculum. This would enable the College to create graduates with a set of skills to allow them to be successful 21st-century citizens. The Leadership team in Colombo have devised a plan to create a dedicated state-of-the-art STEM centre and the OBU Victoria has decided to support this STEM project. 

The following donors have done their alma mater proud by supporting the STEM initiative to produce 21st-century citizens from St. Benedict's College.

Dr Sachitra Patabadige, a valued member of the OBU Committee, and his wife presented four programmable robots (LEGO Mindstorms Education EV3) towards the STEM project.
